JULIE PONS WOODS YOGA TTC'S

I can bring my curriculum and teach your students/teachers as part of your training. My lesson plan covers bones, muscles, connective tissues, nervous & digestive systems, joint specific range of motion and injury prevention. My method focuses on human movement through exploration of :
- experiential anatomy,
- biomechanics and kinesiology,
- palpatory anatomy on oneself and others,
- mobilising anatomy models,
- colouring anatomy charts.

Due to the in-depth of this approach, 20 hours are recommended for the anatomy section of your yoga teacher training program although 30 hours are ideal. I will provide anatomy models, skeletons,  handouts, and time for movement and discussion. Please contact me directly for any inquiry and to receive a description of the curriculum.

TESTIMONIALS OF TTC STUDENTS:

"I just wanted to say thank you for your anatomy and practical sessions you have taught me on the Satyam teacher training. For me your sessions have been one of the highlights of the training and I hope to have the opportunity to learn more. All the best for the future."

"Thank you Julie, and a very Happy New Year to you also. I have thoroughly enjoyed your sessions, and I think they’ve been a really expansive part of our course. I’d be happy to offer a testimonial if that's helpful?
I'm super excited about our next and final session on Fascia, and look forward to seeing you soon."
